Free printable new foods tracker for picky eaters
A one-page chart to track every try of a new food: looking, touching, smelling, licking, tasting. Picky eaters often need many tries, and this makes the small steps visible.
How to use it
- Write one new food per row. Start with a food that's a small step from something they already eat.
- Each time the food is on the plate, mark a box, even if it wasn't eaten. Use the key to note what they did.
- Keep offering the same food over a week or two. Many tries are normal.
- When a food is eaten happily a few times, circle it: it's a new safe food.
