Free meal plans for picky eaters
Each sample week is built around one food your child already eats. Every day keeps something familiar on the plate, and a few meals take one small step toward something new. Pick the food your child always asks for. Print it for the fridge, or use it as a starting point.

How to use a sample week
- Keep a safe food on the plate at every meal, so there's always something they'll eat.
- Serve new foods next to familiar ones, never instead of them. One bite-sized piece is plenty.
- Swap days around and repeat what works. A repeated meal is a win.
- For kids under 4, cut food into small, soft pieces and halve round foods like blueberries.
- If you're worried about how little your child eats, talk to your pediatrician.
