Free printable safe foods list for picky eaters

A worksheet to list every food your child reliably eats, sorted by type, and spot the patterns (crunchy, soft, salty, sweet) that point to the best next foods to try.

How to use it

  1. Write down every food your child eats reliably, including specific brands and how it's served.
  2. Tick the patterns you notice. Most picky eaters have a few clear favorites, like crunchy or mild.
  3. Pick one safe food and write a tiny next step that keeps most of what they like about it.
  4. Bring the sheet to your pediatrician or feeding therapist if you have concerns. It's a useful snapshot.

Serve new foods next to safe foods, never instead of them. Every try counts. General information, not medical advice: if your child eats very few foods, isn't growing as expected, or gags or vomits often, talk to your pediatrician.
